In this study, after collecting the various narrative types that quoted from Abān with an in-text approach using the common link method -in Motzki's view- we will try to find the reasons for the jurisprudential dominance and then moral type from him in Sunni collections. Accordingly, the role of some common links like Ḥammād ibn Zayd, as well as important people such as Shu'bah in spreading of the jurisprudential traditions and Yaḥyā ibn Ḥammād in spreading of the of moral traditions type has been evident. The next issue in this study was the extratextual reasons like why the jurisprudential approach of Abān prevailed in Sunni collections and Masānīd, the motives of Bukhārī for not quoting from him and also the reasons for numerous quotations of Tabarānī in the widest types from Abān, to answer, in concise, the style of writing those books as well as type of view of the authors has played an important role in this regard. مواجهۀ عمومی محدثان اهل تسنن با ابان بن تغلِب، به‌عنوان راوی شیعه‌مذهبی که دارای جایگاه علمی ویژه‌ای بوده و در زمینه‌های مختلفی چون فقه، تفسیر، قرائت و... تبحر داشته، عموماً از سنخ قبول روایات بوده است. در این مطالعه پس از گردآوری طیف‌های روایی گوناگون نقل‌شده از ابان با رویکردی درون‌متنی با استفاده از روش حلقۀ مشترک ـ در نگاه موتسکی ـ به چرایی غلبۀ طیف روایی فقهی و سپس اخلاقی در جوامع و مسانید اهل تسنن پاسخ داده می‌شود. بر این اساس نقش حلقۀ مشترکی چون حماد بن زید، همچنین افراد مهمی مانند شعبه و... در گسترش طیف روایی فقهی و نیز یحیی بن حماد در گسترش طیف روایی اخلاقی مشهود بوده است. مسئلۀ بعدی که در این مطالعه مورد توجه قرار گرفت، دلایل برون‌متنی چرایی غلبه رویکرد فقهی در جوامع و مسانید، دلایل عدم نقل بخاری و نیز نقل پرشمار طبرانی در گسترده‌ترین طیف‌ها از ابان بوده که برای پاسخ به آن‌ها می‌توان به این مسئله اشاره کرد که سبک نگارش این کتب و نیز نوع نگاه یا شخصیت علمی نویسندگان در این ‌باره نقش مهمی ایفا کرده است. https://s-hadith.kashanu.ac.ir/article_112034_00603bf206c5514d5a595e15a0250b01.pdf
