The Hadith sources of Shia and Sunni is full of traditions that forbid muslims from "Tafsīr bi al-rraʾy". Some of these traditions are mentioned by reference with early and recent Hadith sources. Some of these traditions in Shia Hadith books knew from Sunnis that this claim is not very strong due to the fact that those had independent Shia Isnad and their citations in authentic Shia books. In this research after the study of recited traditions from Isnad confidence and issuance confidence and conformity with Quranic themes show that the Some of Isnads of these traditions are correct, some are valid and some are weak. But from issuance confidence, two of these traditions are strengthened and valid by tawatur evidence, high theme and traditional notability and action of companions. In addition, their themes are accorded with Quranic verses. According to this, when a theme is mentioned in hundreds of traditions in hadith books of Shia and sunni and at least three of them are correct and authentic and the theme of those traditions is consistent with the themes of the Qur'an, it is appropriate to do the theme of those traditions, even though according to some, these `traditions are more related with jurisprudentialrules
