It should be note that at time of uploading the files, the file of English abstract should be uploaded separately as well.

Before uploading the article, authors should study the publication ethics of the journal.

HS only considers and reviews those articles which have observed the Journal’s format; thus, articles which do not follow the pre-set format will be returned to authors before any considerations by the Editorial Board.

Authors can send their articles to the Journal only by referring to the journal website, http://s-hadith.kashanu.ac.ir and registering according to the instructions given. Once having registered, they can upload the files as they are instructed.

At time of registration, authors must type in their institutional affiliation, the name of the institute or university for which they work, orcid code, telephone number (land phone and cell phone), and their e-mails.

To check the originality of the uploaded articles or other possible abuses, HS Journal uses Irandak service. In case of proved plagiarism, the author(s) will be blacklisted.

Forms of Commitment and Conflict of Interest should be uploaded at time of registration. Authors can download these forms from the Journal website, http://s-hadith.kashanu.ac.ir/data/ and, then, singing and uploading them.

Editor-in-Chief makes the decision for publishing the articles.

The review of any article in HS is double-blind; that is, authors and reviewers will never know about each other.

This journal examines the articles for plagiarism, and if it is proved, the authors are blacklisted.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for deciding which of the manuscripts submitted to the journal will be published based on the validation of the work in question and the reviewers’ comments.

Scientific Editor should abide by the rule of anonymity of reviewers and avoid any cases result in conflict of interests.

  • Authors should provide original research based on the Journal’s format and present an accurate account of the sources he has used meanwhile.

  • Concurrent Submission of an article to different journal or the sending of published articles to other journals is against publication ethics.

  • All those who have made significant contributions to the study should be listed as co-authors.

  • For publishing their works, authors should receive permission from the organization, under support of which they have conducted the research.

  • All authors should agree upon one person as the corresponding author.

  • No change is possible in the arrangement of the names or/and the number of names after the final acceptance of the article. In case it seems necessary, before the final acceptance, the corresponding author should write a letter to the editor in chief with all authors’ signatures included and express the request.

  • The corresponding author should check all the authors’ current academic rank or degree before sending the article.

  • When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
  • Authors, whose articles have been published by HS, are copyright owners. Furthermore, they can download, use, and share their articles or findings.

  • Since plagiarism is a serious, non-ethical act, all authors should know that their articles are examined for the case of plagiarism.

  • One condition of sending articles to HIS is that authors should grant the Journal the right of edition to make their texts more understandable. Furthermore, they should sign the ethical commitment form.
