HS is an academic research journal founded in the faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, at University of Kashan, Iran. It tries to achieve the following aims:

• To develop and deepen studies related to Islamic Tradition
• To elaborate new ideas and outlooks in the field of Hadith studies
• To spotlight the hidden viewpoints in Hadith and Islamic Tradition through the research and publications of outstanding researchers
• To facilitate and pave the way for recognition and investigation of various aspects of Hadith by Imams
• To update Hadith studies based on the needs of the Islamic World
• To provide room for critiquing scholars’ ideas in order to improve the position of Hadith in Islamic knowledge
