Abstract

At the end of the book "Mustadrak al-Wasail", Muhaddith Nouri deals with discussions such as the reasons for the validity of some hadith books, the review of the "Al-Faqih" and "Al-Tahazibin" scholars, from which one can understand his principles in the validation of hadiths. In general, his foundations can be divided into three areas: source, document and text; For example: Believing in the validity of hadith books for reasons such as its acceptance by scholars, the existence of its narrations in reliable principles, the high status of the author, the book's reputation, the clear attribution of the book, and the assurance of the authenticity of the copy are among his sources. This research was done by inferential analytical method. The findings of the research show that some of the cases cited by him in gaining the credibility of books, such as the reputation of the book, paying attention to the author's authorship at the time of the author's perseverance, etc., have scientific validity, and on the other hand, some others, such as trusting the book, are based on credibility. Its author, the absolute validity of hadith principles, etc., does not have sufficient scientific validity and cannot be defended.
