Among the historical reports in the moral life of the Prophet, there is a historical narrative that became famous as the hadith of Qadib Mamshuq. This narration is a narration of the Prophet seeking revenge in the last days of his life and demanding revenge from one of the Companions for inflicting an unintentional blow. taken The following article takes a critical look at the documentary and textual criticisms of the aforementioned narrative; He considers both the document of the narration to be acceptable/correct and its contradiction with the Muslim jurisprudence rules of the parties as well as rejected theological foundations, and he defends the validity of this statement which is based on the high morals of the Prophet/great people more than jurisprudence. Hadith can be cited and evaluated in the matter of ethics, not jurisprudence, and there is a difference between the two. The life of the Prophet is a moral behavior in which jurisprudence is not necessarily considered. However, this article claims that this narration is among the transmitted narrations that are positive/authentic, and the fact that it has been transmitted does not make it weak, rather it strengthens it due to its acceptance by the parties.
