One of the common topics of hadith science is the prohibitions regarding the writing of hadith by the first caliphs, which had many fans among the parties and has been documented in news about this; But what is this news? And how valid are they? And do they mean absolute or relative prohibition? So far, there has been no research about these news and their criticism to answer the above questions, and generally only mentioned these news.
In this article, in the library and descriptive analytical method, the news indicating the prohibition of the writing of hadith by the first caliphs are collected and analyzed in terms of document and text. And finally, it turns out that many of these news items do not have acceptable documentary validity and have textual errors and ambiguities as well as contradictions. And it can be said that according to the reports of the parties, it is not possible to say definitively about the prohibition of the writing of hadith by the first caliphs, and if it did, it was limited to certain people or topics that are more or less It was not practiced by Muslims.
