With the presence of Imam Ali bin Musa al-Reza (a.s.) at the beginning of the 3rd century of Hijri, Shiism expanded significantly in Great Khorasan, and many meetings were held to teach and promote Shia hadith in different regions of Khorasan. Fazl bin Shazan Nishabouri, who was considered one of the companions of Imam Reza, Imam Javad and Imam Hadi, peace be upon them; He founded the most advanced hadith school of Shia in Neishabur. Muhammad bin Masoud Ayashi, one of his students, through Ibn Shazan, also managed to establish a strong school of hadith in Samarkand, whose traces remained in the Shiite world until the fifth century of Hijri. Ibn Shazan and Ayashi wrote many works and books, all of which have been lost and can only be obtained from later sources. Rationalism and attention to theological topics, the criterion of the agreement of the text of hadith with the Qur'an in the evaluation of hadith, extensive religious information and attention to not quoting hadith from deviant religions and sects. Extensive narration of moral and jurisprudential hadiths and numerous hadith compositions; It is one of the characteristics of these schools. In terms of rationalism and attention to the agreement of the text of hadith with the Qur'an, they had more in common with the Hadith school of Baghdad, and in terms of attention to jurisprudence and moral issues, they had more in common with the school of Qom.
