Narrative of "Al-Maraat Awrah" is a documentary on women's jurisprudence which introduced the woman as a source of shame and, the limits of hijab and the sanctity of her voice have been cited by jurists. Desecration of women existed before in Torah and Persian language and with the cultural interactions after the conquests, it has been noticed in the Arab society as far as this phrase has been upgraded to a narration. This description was not from the innocents rather, it was born from the views of Kufi narrators in the second century who were influenced by Abdullah bin Masoud and in Basra, which was the center of strictness against women, it is developed. Narration has not been considered among Sunnis except through Tirmidhi and in Shia narrative books, it is also entered through Zaidiyyah and it was used in jurisprudence by the jurists of the seventh century and until now, the jurisprudence of many contemporary jurists is based on the absence of women in society and banning their voices. The research is organized by descriptive-analytical method and based on library sources, and it seeks the history of the emergence and evolution of this made-up narrative.
