The best book in Shiite Hadith is the book al-Kāfī, written by Muhammad ibn Ya'qūb Kulaynī. Since the anagram (qalb) is an unbelievable phenomenon in Isnad, it is necessary to examine its quantity in this book, the evidence of recognition and the impact of each of its causes. Using descriptive-analytical methods and relying on library sources, this paper concludes that the anagram is very small in sufficient documents. About two hundred traditions in al-Kāfī's book suffer from the phenomenon of the anagram, which, compared to all of al-Kāfī's recurring traditionists (84749), constitutes 0.23 percent of one percent, which is the total role of 0.0002, and the evidence of recognizing anagrammatic Isnad is divided to widely and low usage. Paying attention to similar Isnads, transmitting person from a special book and the frequency of quoting one transmitter from another transmitter are widely usage and paying attention to the class, paying attention to the Isnad of al-Kāfī traditions in other books of hadith and the title of transmitter in the books of rijāls are low usage.
