No Way principle rules many jurisprudential principles and affects many Islamic governmental relations with non-Islamic governments in different fields; such as culture, politics, economics, etc. There is a lot of evidence to prove this rule. The most important basis of narration for this principle is the well-known prophetic narration: “Islam reigns supreme and nothing can overcome it” which is from Sheikh Sadouq’s incompletely transmitted hadiths. By some, the acceptance of this narration from the view point of document depends on the acceptance of Sheikh Sadouq’s incompletely transmitted hadiths as traceable hadiths, and the others who do not accept his traceable hadiths believe in companions’ practice that compensates the document’s weakness. Others have tried to demonstrate the authenticity of the scriptures by providing solutions that seem to have missed any of these useful things and can not prove the validity of the narrative, although the meaning of narrative through reason It is easily deducible from other sources
