In Islam both men and women have the same human and faith identity. Piety is the only factor of supremacy. However, a number of narrations that recommend avoiding women challenge this view. There are two groups of hadiths. First, narrations that recommend avoiding women with the keyword "ettaqu al-nisa” because of their sedition. Second, narrations that prevent men from approaching women with the phrase "ihziru Al-nisa" along with (“ihziru Al-dunya"). Examining the document, text and discourse of the narrations is necessary for discovering the truth and presenting the true image of women in Islam. This article investigated these narrations using a descriptive-analytical method. The findings of the research found that the main origin of these narrations having weak sanads was Basra which may be considered in two ways. If these narrations are absolute caution against women, which is a manifestation of the aspects of monasticism, it is not compatible with the Qur'an and Sunnah, and it may be influenced by Jewish and Christian culture. But if it means avoiding from foreign women's sedition, which monitors the sensitivity of interaction with women and their ratio of effectiveness, there will be no controversy in it.
