Islam's view of"women's inability in social management"has been one of the topics of concern for Quranic thinkers. The followers of this theory cite some narrations in which they condemn women's management and governance.Among them,we can refer to the narration transmitted by Imam Hussain(a.s.),related to the Queen of saba,in which her rule is condemned and the continuation of the narration also emphasizes this issue.Based on the method of description and analysis, the present article aims to examine the evidence and implications of the above narration and analyze the story of the Queen of Saba in the Qur'an.In the end,it was concluded that the narration in the narrative book"Kitab Al-Futuh Ibn A'tham"doesnot have an authentic document, and the continuation of the narration isn't quoted in other authentic sources. Also, the text of this narration differs in two different sources that were issued in the same century.By examining the verses related to the story of the Queen of Saba in the Qur'an,it can be seen that the perception of the condemnation of female rule in this narrative is incorrect, therefore,it can be claimed that not only the continuation of the narration is not connected to the main text, but it also has anxiety and cannot be taken into account.
